File an Environmental Complaint Electronically

The Environmental Protection Department responds to citizen complaints and concerns on a 24 hour basis, year round. During normal business hours (7:00 – 5:30 M - F) you may speak with Dept. staff about any environmental concerns you may have. After hours, we offer the opportunity to leave a short phone message detailing your concern. At a minimum please leave:

Environmental Protection Department (EPD) responds to information regarding an alleged environmental violation or problem received from the public that falls within the jurisdiction of Environmental Protection Department (EPD) regulations. The most common method of notification is by telephone. The Environmental Response telephone line was established to provide a 24-hour response number for reporting environmental violations, problems, and incidents. The number is (954) 519-1499. The public may also use the form below to file a complaint electronically. Enter the information requested and submit it.
